I was taken for a ride due to the nexus of touts and the government officials working at the Registrar Office. These officials are out of bound for any personal discussions and only deal through these touts. I was told that there is a serious mistake in the gift deed as it shows that the building was made by a builder and hence now the deed can not be done and for replacing the 'Page' you need to pay a bribe of 50,000
