The Maariage registration clerk clearly asked for a bribe along with his superior even when ********** Aandolan for anti-corruption was on. he said it may take months to prepare marriage cft if you go by process. I had submitted all necessary documents for the same and there was nothing missing on documentation. He cnfirmed if you want to avoid multiple visits to office, pay Rs 1500 and collect Marriage cft in 2 days. Finally negotiated for 1100 for Rs 100 for worker who takes thumb impression. Shame on thos deptt.
