Hi,
I applied for my marriage certificate a month back from now ( 24.07.2012 ) from my home address in Gwalior. There are 15 documents list for applying certificate, I don't know why it is? Anyway somehow I arranged all those, after that the guy of the Birth & Death department told me it will take min 1 month with all the 15 documents are required to process the certificate and groom & bride and their parent and ********** should be presented physically at the time of sign of the certificate, but one of the agent told me if I give him 2500/- rupees, his can provide me the certificate in just 3 days only. I told him If I don't have some of the documents then. He told me Don't worry about those, only you have to fill the form and pay me 2500 rupees that's it.
So If you go with honestly you have to straggle a lot, otherwise you can get it any certificate at home only weather you are genuine person or not, ********** Ji will work for you.
I hate this System.
