Bripbe paid for Non Registeration of new vehicle

I paid bribe for new vehicle for which registeration and taxes were paid to RTO.*******bcoz RTO has not issued number, vehicle was running without permenent number plate, 3 traffice cop @ old gangapur naka had stopped vehicle and demand papers otherwise.. so i had to pay bribe just bcoz of lack of knowledge.
