We were applying for FIA approval for our international corporation to operate in India. We were turned down for various "technical" reasons (read no real legitimate reason) and told that we would need to "grease the wheel" with a US$60,000 contribution to the PM's office to hlp fund elections. We paid. We got the license.
At the same time we ere setting up in China. No bribes........
