Can not get a driving license without paying bribe.

Me and some of my friends tried a lot to get a driving license without paying bribe in different location in Mumbai/ **********/ Thane region. It is impossible! It hurts! I wish you can do something about some obvious places like driver's license/ airport security/ traffic police where you just can not work without paying something to this officers.
