We were pulled over by a policeman in secunderabad and asked to pay fine.
The reason he gave us was that numbers on number plate of car are supposed to be painted
in differently. When we asked for a receipt he asked driver to park car and go to tatkal office which is few kilometers away and get a receipt . Finally he asked our driver to pay atleast 100Rs without receipt.
