Certificate for my friend

I paid Rs. 200 to the clerk to obtain the certificate. The point is he made me to come to his office for 4 days and I couldn't able to guess what is he looking for. Finally the peo in the department told me to pay some money and within no time I got the certificate.

Great....corruption starts from the education institution.
