Well i had to get my aunt's Birth certificate. the clerk wasn't interested in helping me. by meantime there was another guy who came for similar job. he asked for birth certificate and told the clerk that he will give some " Chai Pani" and clerk started helping. so i told clerk that i will also give some " chaipani" and withing 25- 30 minutes i got my certificate.
