I don't know the name of the officer but i can identify him by face.
It was 05-05-2015, between 12pm and 1pm.
took place at roadside just before the first traffic lights left to Tribune Chowk coming from Zirakpur.
I was coming from PSK Chandigarh after my passport appointment with my parents. we took a wrong u-turn after which two traffic police officials stopped us and told us about it. they also noticed that on one of the backseat windows was covered with black film. He told us that our challan amounted to 2300INR but my father told me to give him a 500 note and he just let us go. I did that without uttering a single word and on our way back it felt very wrong.
If the senior officials see this i would just say that make sure this does not happen again.
