I paid bribe in my college PESIT. As per government vtu rules I have to pay 5000 for change of branch approval as per vtu rules. But they asked me 15000 per year extra. I already paid it. Before paying. I written letter mails, went to vut office only they told me to give complaint in vtu premise. But I did not done because. If I go against them they will give me torches. Cutting marks. Etc. So I have paid.
