Dear sir, My hospital reg. in ayurved from last 3 year but i appointed M.B.B.S. & M.S. doctor .This information give to C.M.O. by affidavit .I am started Rastria swasthya bima ********** (R.S.B.Y.) on recmondetion of present C.M.O. in dec 2009.This C.M.O. demand 500000 otherwise I take action agents to you in jun 2010. this C.M.O. write a latter to chief secretary R.S.B.Y. on 7th jun that this hospital not work in R.S.B.Y. due to reg. of ayurved hospital. I give 200000 on 9th jun but C.M.O. not change reg. and again demand 500000 . This activity of C.M.O. From 5 Ayurved Register Hospital in Sant Ravidash Nagar Bhadohi . Please sir do the inquiry and take the action crept officer . Thanking you
