I was crosing a signal at Shivajinagar and just crossed and the signal turned yellow, and due to heavy traffic could not cross the signal before it turned red. The traffic cop just did not listen anything, charged Rs.100/- unofficially and started threatening me that I shall surrender this license to court and you come there now
