This happened behind Vasco police station. Was riding my bike wearing my helmet and all, when 2 officers stopped me and asked for my license and bike papers. I told them my pollution certificate had expired and would pay the fine. He started shouting at me and my friend and kept us standing there for 10 min or so. He told me the fine was 600rs even though i knew it was 100. I asked him to show the paper that every RTO officer has to carry to show the fine amounts. He said either wait for a long time or give 100rs and go... i paid him 100 rs which he told to keep in the receipt book and i left. officers name was * ********* riding a white RTO pulsar ending with 0092
