Cheating at Cantonment Railway Station on Parking Fees

Over the last month I had visited the Cantonment railway station 3 times to drop off or pick up passengers. When I had parked on the side of Platform 2, the parking attendant told me the fee had been raised to Rs.20/- from Rs.5/- and so I gave it to him. The next time I saw that there is a board (at both the parking lots in front and back) which says the fee is only Rs.10/-. for less than 2 hours parking. However the attendant keeps asking for Rs.20/-; those who do not see the board or do not know will keep paying Rs.20/-. I am reminded of the saying "Yatha ********** thatha praja". When ministers make money illegally, it has trickled down to the parking attendant making money by cheating.
