A small IT refund cheque was due to me. Since i did not go to the department for follow up, they ordered personal appearance. After a couple of personal appearances and giving all the records they could not find any fault. I asked for the refund cheque. The person asked me for a bribe and then gave me the refund cheque. Laughably the refund cheque was smaller than the bribe. But what to do?
