I passed all tests and the officer gave me a time of 1 month to collect my licence. after one month he asked me to come next weak, again in the next weak he said to come after ten days, i did what he said. after 10 days he asked 1000 rupees, i said i have passes all my tests and i am not doing any illegal work. why should i pay 1000 rupees with out any receipts.
That was friday,he said come on monday and collect your licence...
on monday he asked me 2000 rupees.,, i was shoked... on friday he was asking Rs.1000 and now he is asking Rs.2000. he said if you argue more tomorrow you will have to pay Rs.3000. i was totally disappointed and gave him Rs.1500 after requesting him that i dont have this much of money in my pocket.
