Sir, I have to trucks and with them i earn my livlyhood. one truck is old one so I have to get fitness certificate regarding that truck. I goneCity to office of dto and enquire about the procedure but the dealing cleark demands rupees 10000 for the certificate. After negociation the bribe amount 5000 be settled. and next day i gave him rupees 5000 than he issue me the fitness certificate regarding the old truck of mine. In that office i came to know that for every work they fixed the bribe amount and public knows as well. According to me, i think the DTO office Patiala is the top most corrupt office. please do the needful, i am ready to give my affidavit also.
