For collection of a certificate from Punjab nation bank gannaur sonipat haryana
I am a defense employee , my father was also a defense employee , after his demise my mother use to get pension & other facilities given by Govt . On retirement , earlier there was a medical scheme named PRIC for all defense employees , the members can avail medical facilities in military hospital after retirement , if they do not become member of this scheme they can get Rs 100 per month along with the pension which comes in the pension account . This scheme was stopped few years back , My mother was availing the facilities of PRIC so she was not getting the sum of hundred Rs 100per month along with her pension . When this scheme was stopped,a new scheme was started ( ECHS) .my mother wanted to become the member of this scheme to avail the facilities of ECHS .She filled up the form to become the member there was a certificate along with the form , On which the bank has to give the certificate stating that my mother is not getting RS 100 as medical aid. for getting this certificate the bank manager and clerk(Mr ******* ) who is suppose to give me this certificate harassed me as a have short period of leave which was about to finish. As insisted that i wanted the certificate before my leave finishes , Mr ***** and the bank manager taking the advantage of this situation asked me to pay Rs 500/- to complete the formalities soon.
