While registering the land purchased I had to pay bribe to Tehsildar of Bargarh (Orissa); revenue office and then I had to the ACO as well as the sub collector with additional charge of land consolidation. It seems it is their birth right to demand and take money. Else nothing moves. I even took video via mobile camera but they told me to just pay or get lost.
