College is asking for 75000 Rs per subject as exam fees

Hi, This is a very urgent matter for all the students studying in the Muthukumaran medical college in chennai. Management is asking for 75000 rs as exam fees instead of just 1500 rs and they are not ready to give a receipt and asking them to pay immediately before 21st of this June. Can any one please take it forward and report it to certain authorities or else the students life will be spoiled.
