I dont remember his name but he was a beat constable of brij vihar , ghaziabad who was on his routine duty of passport verification of me and my mother. he clearly asked me for 700 Rs/person. he frankly told me that this collection goes to top and when i negotiated him for 300 Rs, he denied and said that he would took money then he would have to pay the rest amount from his pocket. So finally after 10-15 mins of negotiation and cup of tea and samosa, he agreed on 500 Rs/person. Irony is that, that he was supposed to ask questions to my neighbors but he didn't bother and asked me address of next person of my area to be verified by him.
