The conservancy workers collect bribe from houses and shops for removing garbage.when inquired it is found that the labourers are from andhra and they are exploited by supervisors.the workers form union and dont work ,instead loot from these poor labourers.these union workers pay to the head office officials for posting through Councillors and zonal chairman.the commissioner and official do something else and allow this corruption to continue and talk something else.what a cycle of corruption .does any official have the guts to say it in open that act against corruption even if there is political involvement.the Councillors and chairman survive by sucking the blood of public and officials live at the mercy of these blood sucking creatures.
nothing can end unless the attitude of officials turn towards integrity and honesty.compromising officials should not be posted in corporation.select honest and integral officer who can hunt these blood sucking creatures.make everything transparent in administration ,let the people know how corrupt officials survive and prosper in collusion with Councillors and zonal chairman.
