For correcting my land details after re survey the village officer asked me 7000.00 but settled at 3200.00

The village officer asked me to give him rs: 7000.00 for correcting my land property details in records after re-survey. after negotiations he agreed for rs- 3200.00 and i paid it and the angadi village officer corrected the documents, but still it is little doutful, keeping chances for his followers
