I was caught inside Govt. Colony, Bandra East. Inside the colony, the cops themself never wear a helmet. I was caught at a turning and he took away my Bike's key and said he will issue a challan of rs 1600.
i called up my friend who talked to him and he agreed to skip the challan for 200 bucks.
Meanwhile, 70% of the bikers who drove past me were without helmet which included 4 cops.
