Had to pay a Administrative Officer of the Sree ********** Institute of Technology RS 300 for a provisional certificate in addition to the illegal "special fee" demanded by my college each time during external examinations which is usually much higher than the prescribed govt price, they also have a habit of suddenly raiding our Bags and conducting mass seizures of mobile phones and making us pay a penalty of 200 for each phone.
