I was not having PUC of my vehical when RTO cought me.He showed me the CHALAN amount for this Offence which was around
Rs.1100/- but when i objected it he said that you can give me Rs.100/- to avoid this chalan.All this was going in front of there Officer who was watching all this but was mum.Atlast I paid Rs.70/- that havaldar took it and went to catch another Bakra(to do corruption).
