I respected alot governing authorities but when i see the real face what they are
I m describe to my driving licence how i get it. In Motor vechile department when i purchase a form pay more than if u r not paying than form u can't that after that completion a form and to submit to deparment the officer openly ask for bribe and told if i refused to give them than i could'nt get and onething more he wouldn't take directly he have recruited a man to take a give and provide a code for the conformation i have paid and that code giving to officer than he approved my licence
