Corruption by DGP and HUDA

My Father's plot in HUDA was fraudulently transferred by lawyers and I have evidence of half of the fraud. However, DGP Haryana did not file my FIR and HUDA the Land Registry did not supply me with the correct details of searches. They have issued a Possession Certificate to my uncle and yet deny this. Even Kiran Bedi wrote to the Police but they have not helped.
I live in UK and need someone to file a RTI application to HUDA to disclose the fraud. Very powerful people are involved. A lot of corruption at all levels. I need a good journalist too.
