I bought an Flat in Rammurthy Nagar Bangalore. My builder has contructed a complete illegal floor which was not part of the original approved plan. He did not seem concerned about the authorities. There are 2 parts of the problems here. There is no adequate personnel and right procedures to check such illegal construction and second once the illegal construction is detected, the builder can easily get away with it by greasing few authorities palms.
Things like this create lot of problems like Traffic Congestion, Inadequate water supply, legal issues to legitimate buyers, etc.
