I am newly appointed lecturer by U.P commission in 2006 at Firozabad. When the time come to sanction salary the treasury officer then Sh UDAIVEER ********** demand Rs 10000 but after negotiation he agry on Rs 5000.When I paid this amount then he release my salary. Another story(2009-10) is when teacher want to pass their arreares the treasury offcier again demand Rs 200 per staff to whole govt school in district.
