CORRUPTION WITH HARASSMENT IN MMD (DG SHIPPING NOIDA)
On 22nd Jan 2013, I came to this office for renewal of tanker endorsement certificates releated to merchant navy for chmical tanker and oil tanker.
The clerk gave only one form saying that only one application can be submitted in a day between 1000 hours to 1200 hours and certifcated would be issued on next working day. This is normal.
The bank to deposit fee (syndicate bank) is in sector 61/62. I rushed to bank, filled up form and one more new thin update of profile on MMD website was the requirement so i completed all and reached to clerk but he rejected my application saying that paper are not in correct sequence and he did not take even a single application.
I kept on waiting & requesting till 1500 hours then he said come tomorrow and he may take both applictaion on 23rd Jan 2013.
on 23rd Jan 2013 he gave one application form to get xeroxed 100 copies with bill from ********** XEROX in front and left side of ********** BHAVAN BUILDING. I paid RS 150 but he will encash money from the goverment through the bill.
He took one application for chemical and asked me to wait till 1200 hours for oil application.
After 1200 hours he asked me to come at 1400 hours with Rs 2500; if i want to submit oil application also on 23rd Januray 2013 alongwith chemical application but he would take it as backdated for 22nd January 2013.
I took the photos of two thousand ruppes notes and one five hundred rupee note and gave him in white envelop. I wanted to show this to Surveyor Capt ********** ********** but clerk after taking money did not allow me to be there. He said you go now and come on 24th Januray 2013 at 1700 hours to collect both the certificates.
I tried to get contact number of Capt. ********** ********** from the floor below MMD office and Security but both could not provide.
I could not ********** the Capt ********** ********** directly as the clerk chair is before his office.
