We went to KDA ZONE 4 office for requesting to prepare sale deed of the plot allotted under swarna jayanti vistar pt-1 .the office clerk Mr. Giri (BABA) asked me to pay bribe of Rs.15,000. Mr, Giri quoted that he has to pay bribe to other Senior officer of the department.As there was no other choice available with me for sale deed documents. So i paid bribe of Rs. 15,000.i was very upset for paying bribe as i am central government employee.thus Kanpur development authority is so much corrupt.
