I was driving in a car & suddenly some errant kids threw stones on wind shield as a part of protest against killing of some people of a particular community. Incidentally i happened to stop in front of a Police Station & entered it & told my situation. The Constable & the Police Inspector wrote down my complaint but took Rs. 200 saying that car was Insured & that anyhow i'll be compensated by Insurance Co. So what if the car is Insured, what right do they have to take money? Is this the way they serve the people?
