I had applied for building plan approval with RAIPUR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION. even after a lapse of 2 months the plan was not approved when all papers were in order. I went to the concerned engineer and each time he gave a new excuse and told that the copies of enclosures were fake/not clear/etc etc, although when RMC had passed plans on the basis of same copies earlier and also they were original and in proper order. Then I approached an agent who took Rs. 7000/- from me, in additon to Rs. 8000/- already paid to agent and the plan was approved in one week. I do not want to report the matter to senior officials or vigilance, because in state government the entire system works in tendem, and on complaint they go witch hunding.
