Ruling party councilor of the locality insisted on the payment to be made for our apartment complex and said that since a new road is being laid now we could not get the connection for the next six months if we refused to pay up. The builder took us to the councilor who refused to listen to our pleas. since the builder agreed to pay 1.5 lakhs the remaining was shared by all the other eight flats owners to get the connection.
