Custom officer at IGI international arrivals from BANGKOK receiving huge bribe daily !!!

As mention above, while landing at IGI arrivals from bangkok i saw custom officer receving bribe at huge level.
I got a led tv from bangkok , because its cheaper at there then in india, as norms follows i have to pay 30% custom duty for the same. When i landed and received my led from the bageg center, one officer came to me straight and says please come with me, i said what happend, then he says pay me rs 3000.00 for urs led tv and i will help u to got out of the airport without paying the duty.i said no to the officer and run straight to the custom counter and said that please do the needfull for my custom duty fee for the led. But the custom officer said why r u gonig for the challan, pay me rs 2500 and i will release u. i said no i will pay the duty fee as norms and please do the needfull. Then he take my passport and asking me random question as who r u,wat u do, what else u got from bangkok and many, i gave my details, then one more officer came and said weneed to checked all ur bages i said please do and handover my bages to him, he take me a side and said please pay him rs 2500 or elese he will haras me and charge me for many reasons. i said why ********** i pay a bribe to him then he said look at there many such people who got led from bangkok paid him bribe and released easily, so u also do the same and go. Then i go to the custom duty counter and said please give me my custom duty challan i will pay the fee. Then he say ok u want to pay know then pay rs 7500 as the fee, i said as norms 30% custom duty to b paid for above rs 25000 goods purchased from outside and in that way my actual fee is around rs 3200, he said dont tell us the norms u have to pay rs 7500. Then i go to the helpdesk center, where a lady women was there i ask him the norms of custom duty, he also said the 30% norms and rs 25000 above as i mention at counter, then i narrated her the details story and ask her to help me, she say i cant help give me in written i will received complain, by the time one officer came to the helpdesk and saw our all convertation and called me and said nothing will gone happened we are sharing the same fund (as bribe) in the end, From top to small officer knows all this so dont waste your time and come with me i followed him and saw around 4 custom duty officer sited at one pleace, one of them said there are no any options left, take a brochure and go to toilet and pay rs 2000 inside the brochure to one officer at there or pay rs 7500 , i said i will pay rs 7500 but i will not pay u guys a singel rupees. He said ok then there is a norms that one carry rs 7000 maximum while arriving from abroad and u have got more then that, they saw my wallet while checking the bages, He said you if u dont pay us then we will charge u more custom duty on having more then cash of rs 7000 norms aswell. i have got rs 10000 cash in my wallet. officer said so ur custom duty is 7500 + 1000 total 8500, pay us rs 2000 simply and go or pay 8500 , i said i will pay rs 3200 as norms for custom duty of led and after that i have only rs 6500 which is less then rs 7000 norms. one officer came from other desk and said wait here while we came back, i waited for more than 60 minits and after that i sae my watch,my domestic flight time was runing away so finaly i paid the bribe to them and reseled with my passport which was taken by them.
