Customs officers taking bribe from Maitree express passengers (Bangladeshi and Indian)

Customs officers at Gade border (Nadia district) take bribe from Maitree express passengers (Bangladeshi and Indian). From Bangladeshi passengers, they forcibly demand money. If anyone denies to provide money to them, they start harassing them.
Being an Indian I was very ashamed seeing this incident.
Hence, I want to bring this issue to Indian government and expect a necessary action.
