me and my cousin had applied for the passport at the same time and we completed all the procedures together. we were called to the police station for verification. He asked for a bribe and my mother refused to give so, saying that taking bribe is crime. he scolded us and kept asking for the bribe. we finally paid 500rs. Bt, since we had refused to give him a bribe, he hasn't yet approved my verification, and it is still pending, while my cousin got her passport without any hassle. His name is **************** from varkala ayiroor police station , of trivandrum district. LOKPAL bill wont change anythin.. as ********** ********** wrote in an article, when the law is passed, we have to start giving bribes to the LOKPAL guys also, other than the regular government people..... :)
