I am surprised how every single Gas Cylinder delivery boy DEMANDS…

I am surprised how every single Gas Cylinder delivery boy DEMANDS INR 25 from every consumer as "delivery charges". I several times have refused to pay bribe (so called tips or delivery charges) and once the delivery boy took-back the cylinder for not obliging to pay the service charge - and when threatened to complain to the authorities - he quietly delivered and went.

But every time later - we kept getting this unsolicited demand as delivery charges - and sometimes they abuse or behave rudely - for not paying the money or paying less than what they ask for.

Even though this is 15-25 rupees - it brings lots of unpleasantness - and sometimes even pity these guys and end up paying them.

Any response on how to handle this kind of menace...
