I senior citizen of India. My name is Mrs. Shirin kapadwanjwala paid bribe of 10000 rs to Mr.Santosh bidwai( Deputy registrar of housing society)for getting my work done as my society Geeta pranghan is chs.ltd. registration no is 12763 is not giving me access to records and documents I have made complaints to deputy registrar as well as made application under rti act but to have my share certificate,NOC he asked bribe and I paid for it but still My work is not done.Please help me.Mob 9510211252
