Difficult to Get Flat Registery Done without Bribe

I have purcahsed a new flat in Zirakpur, Punjab and taken a bank loan for the same and since it is compulsory to get property registered to avail loan.

I had to pay 1% of registery amount as bribe at derabassi tehsil office get the flat registered.

Every one from Peon to Tehsildar all openly ask for bribe to get you work done on time.

This is not only mine case, everyone has to pay for registery.
