I was recruited for teacher training in Deoria district in 2010 and when my certificates were sent for verification there was some minor error from the concern department issusing the certificate but i was asked to Rs.5000 by the head clerk in order to correct the error and he suggested me that if I dont isten to him and if the matter goes to BSA office it will turn in lakhs so I was forced to pay Rs 5000 in order to carry out my training smoothly.
