They say do not contact middle men, why do we need one if officials in Sub Regsitrar office Bomnahalli themselves are Commision pigs. They are the most shameless bunch of official clerks ever met, with no civil sense and trainings provided on how to behave with customers. He is one of the most spineless corrupt officer of Bangalore. We must install Cameras and record all transactions from counters. Customers should not be made to interact directly and every application you submit we must get a file number and application submission date.
