Do u need a passing certificate???

Pune University:
Any type of marksheet, passing certificate is issued.
Amounts? : 25000 to 2 lacks.
Nobody knows??? everybody knows :)) u need marks without attending an exam? go to Pune college or BMCC.
this has been going on since when? well Pune is a place where foreign student can pay or are forced to pay in order to survive.
Does antone take an action? no, NEVER, who would stand against an Indian when a stupid foreign student has a complaine.
Ph. D for 4 to 6 lacks? no problem. sometime ur guide even blackmails you otherwise ur work will not be done.
are you able to take ant action against them???
can you protect the students?
