on 3-august i went to municipal services for birth certificate he asked me 5000 rs ans saying that i should pay the money to other officers also so that i am asking u....if u pay 10000 rs i give ur certificate in one month if u give me 20000/-rs i will give in 5 days
AND final capitation is if u give more money the work will be more fast....and one proverb from him("Na dagara pindi kotena kothe roata vastunde ") he is very talented in asking the money
i don't know when India will change....and this officers will change... :)
