I got my learners license of 2 wheelers.
I felt bad that i had to pay 200rs bribe but our system is organised that way.
They only believe on rent agreement not on the BSNL/electrcity bill which is from a govt organisation. All this bcos my rented apt care taker made an agreement on digital print out of stamp paper. I was asked to make affidavit which cost more than Rs105 and had to show rent agreement their as well. So I was in a visious cycle.
I paid an agent a sum of 200Rs.
