Dose of RTO to get simple driving license

After 10+ years abroad & as part of getting naturalised(again)!! to indian system.5 trips to RTO & a third degree treatment at RTO.
Solution pay 1000 extra to agent to get driving license but hey i am not proud of it & i do realize that there was no way i could have spend months on that (like i did to get me car imported & then registered,read my other comment)
