Without notice ,charge report, receipt of transfer order,NDC,ENQUIRY, SANCTION OF GOVT,,and without competence and compliance of rules, the corrupt SMO , CMO ,ADHS and health secretrary punjab withheld my full pay and subsistence even wef 16-7-90 till date as i did not pay to them, hence suffered.high court order not obeyed by secretary, and reply filed under cover of governor to avoid contempt malafidely. my all petitions to president india are forwarded to pb. govt. but of no avail till now.reasons are malafide and violative of rules, high court order, constitution, and human rigthts, but who cares? i suffered as i didnot pay to these corrupt officials.SMO CMO ,ADHS AND SECRETARY WERE ALL INVOLVED.I HAVE REQUESTED ENQUIRY BY VIGILANCE BEAURO PUNJAB.BUT ACTION IS NOT VISIBLE.
