Hello,
First of Thank to make this kind of website for public who is really want to battle against such curruption.
Story in detail:
The day on 2-Nov-2013 Time 11.55 am,
Place: Model Town Police Choki(Keshaw Nagar, Nr. Kabutar Circle, Aaimata Road) , Surat Gujarat.
We were total 3 boys(Brothers). We were Passing from that area by waliking.(2 boys) and (1 boy) was pulling bike due to petrol tank was empty.
We were reaching to surat railway station to attend 1.40 am (Bhavnagar Express) for going to Ahmedabad.
Incedent:
Policeman (Mr. Narendra Pawar) called us to stop (For Checking our bags and bike paper).
We were agree to that. but at that time unfortunetly license & paper was at home. So he made a RTO memo for Rs 75 approx. And called for to do signature on that memo.
At that time I was request him for just give me this report for read purpose (This is right to read letter/memo first and then do signature) and told that, I will signed it.
ONly due that sentence he shouted a very bad word on us (like: bhenchod, madarchoed, bhosadina, Tere baap ki sarkar he and more...I can explain it via seperate email). I request him to stop this kind of wording. I told him, This is not fare to speack a bad wording...(We ask you Sir/Dada, We respecting you.) then he get more anger and (total 5 police were bit us) and registered FIR under IPC 186 and arrest me. (2am to 3pm - 2 Nov 2013 - 3 Nov 2013).
My question
Does policeman can speak bad wording regarding to Religious, Parental Relation directly.?
Have a right to policeman to speak a bad wording?
Policemand can write a FIR against public. Can we also do it against him & How (if they are behave wrong, Missused of act)?
If I can't do anything against this kind of policeman then.. I would like sucide (For a moment tererriosm , DONgiri feel good.)
